Great customer service from start to finish, I dropped my wheelset off at cycle19 and simon diagnosed the problem. He gave me different options for repair work needed on this occasion replacing all the bearings with ceramic upgrades. Very quick turnaround and great advice for future maintenance..

I have had both my bikes and my family’s bikes fixed and serviced by Simon. He has done a fantastic job and very professional. He has gone out of his way and the cost has been value for money. I won’t go anywhere else now when I need another service. Thanks again. A very happy customer x.

Great service and knowledge. He had the parts so it was done in 24 hours. I wasn't aware things like the chain have a short life so regular service is a must to avoid damaging other parts. My bike is now like new and he spent the time to explain what needed doing and why and how to look after it better in the future.

I was recommended to Cycle19 by my cycling buddy who had his new Di2 bike set up by Simon. Simon is a self confessed Di2 geek. I initially booked my road bike in for a new gear cable. My other local bike shops gave an estimated turn around time of 3 weeks. Simon took my bike the day I rang and I got it back the same day. Really good customer service, work quality and very reasonably priced.

Great service from Simon. He serviced two bikes for me which were in great need of some tlc. One in particular had massive issues after spending several months being corroded by sweat on the turbo trainer. Simon sorted it out no problem. Simon was friendly and professional and really knows what he is talking about. Would highly recommend.

So glad I heard about Simon 18 months ago.. I will not go anywhere else now. He has always been open, honest, professional and completes work meticulously at a fair price. Simon at Cycle 19 provided an excellent and efficient bike repair service for a couple of our bikes. He is very knowledgeable about all things bikes, I learnt alot whilst there just chatting to him!.

I've had some right lemons do my bikes over the years but when the bike comes back from Simon you know it's going to be like riding a new machine! Highly recommended.
